Woodmen Valley Refined

With the style and elegance of a European country estate set amidst Rocky Mountain splendor, this home provides luxurious comfort. Timber trusses and soaring ceilings make for a dramatic entry, while wooden shutters and petite balconies give this home it's cozy charm.

The hillside lot this home sits on includes a cluster of hoodoos—naturally occurring rock spires sculpted by thousands of years of erosion—and these became a focal point in designing the pool area and outdoor living space.

In addition to the natural beauty surrounding this home, our clients added beautiful sculptural pieces of their own, along with a tranquil water feature that includes a gentle stream flowing under a small bridge, and a serene, wooded garden.

The interior features gracefully curving staircases, elegant archways, and stately woodwork throughout, providing the ideal setting to display an art collection. As cinephiles, our clients wanted a home theatre, complete with recliners to watch the latest movies in comfort, and the lower level also includes a wine cellar nestled in a cove behind the bar.

This home is beautiful for entertaining, with expansive indoor and outdoor living space, while a gracious master suite and distinguished home office provide plenty of privacy. Guests can take in mountain views and Colorado evenings from the grand formal dining area and hearth room, or enjoy the sunset from the covered patio.
