If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, don’t miss the final days of the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes! There are some fantastic entries this year – spread all throughout the Springs – and we always enjoy this annual showcase of home design, craftsmanship, and inspiration.

LGA Studios is proud to have one of our designs featured this year: Home 31 – Summit Serenity

About Summit Serenity: 

Orienting the design to frame the stellar mountain views was central to this project, which was built on a site that burned in the Black Forest fire. This home embraces the Colorado lifestyle and features incredible outdoor living, a warm and inviting great room, a gourmet kitchen with plenty of storage, and a walkout lower level perfect for entertaining. It was impeccably built by Murphy’s Custom Homes and every finish, texture, and detail gives it an organic sophistication.

Architectural Style: Colorado Luxe

  • Thoughtful Use of Space: We always strive to create a sense of flow and tranquility in any square footage. Here, we created both dramatic moments and cozy nooks though intentional angles, massing, proportions, and scale.

  • Finishes and Details: The organic and varied textures and finishes truly turned out amazing.

  • Front Range Views: The stunning view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding trees act as artwork in this home, and the orientation of windows and rooms are always tuned toward creating harmony with nature.

  • Colorado Lifestyle: From the lodge style architecture of the home and the additional ADU with plenty of room for recreation, hobbies, and storage, this home supports an active Rocky Mountain lifestyle.
