As the designers of the house plans sold by Rocky Mountain Plan Company, we at LGA Studios are truly honored you’ve found something that caught your eye, and we’d love the opportunity to customize it for you! We’re a small team of architectural designers and drafters located in Colorado Springs, and our expertise is in custom home design.

Once we receive your request, our team will review your notes and follow up with you within a week to ask any questions we might have, schedule a meeting if necessary, and put together a quote and time frame for your customized plan. Please feel free to reply with any and all questions you might have! We want to make sure we understand your wishes and communicate what we will be delivering to you, should you like to proceed.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you a letter of engagement for your signature. This letter will summarize all requested changes, the cost, and deliverables. At this time, LGA Studios will process a 75% deposit of the modification fee, as well as the total cost of the Digital PDF Plan Set + CAD files, if they have not already been purchased.
Preliminary drawings will be emailed to you for your review and approval.
Upon your approval of the preliminary drawings, we will finalize the plans and email them to you when fully completed. We will process the final 25% balance of the agreed customization fee at the time of release.
