Our Approach
▱ Your complimentary consultation with us is where we start learning about your vision. We’ll get to understand more about your lifestyle and needs, hear your ideas and inspiration, and collaborate with you on what your goals are for your site, your timeline, and your budget.
▱ From this conversation, we can create scaled felt-tip schematics and sketches of your project, including floor plans and a front elevation for your review and thoughts, making adjustments until your design is everything you’ve dreamed of.
▱ We then move into the more technical phases of creating digital design development drawings, followed by a process of working with engineers and experts to prepare the construction documents that will be submitted for a building permit.
