▱ Our Levels of Service allow you to customize your custom home addition or remodel experience by determining in advance what features and services you require for your project’s success. You’ll never be charged for services or options you don’t use, and you may also add on any additional services or features that interest you.
▱ We want to make sure we’re the right team to meet (and hopefully exceed!) your expectations and needs, and your selection will allow us to best accommodate your project based on our availability and staffing requirements.

+ Level 1 — Interior changes only: non-structural
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Conceptual Designs
- 2D Floor Plans
- (2-3) 2D Building Sections or Interior Elevations
- Generic Cover Sheet
- Generic Specification Sheet
PLEASE NOTE: Some interior walls are structural. Please schedule a visit to your house with either LGA Studios or a contractor to determine if an element is structural. If you would like to move a structural element, Level 1 is not the best fit for you. Please see Level 2.
+ Level 2 — Interior changes only: structural

- 2D Floor Plans

- (1-7) 2D Building Sections or Interior Elevations
