Housewarming for a New Modern Farmhouse
There’s nothing we love more than seeing our clients moved in and enjoying their new home. Our team loved designing and working on this custom Modern Farmhouse that sits on twenty acres of land, and when our clients invited us out to their open house (and blackberry picking!), we were thrilled to see the final results!
Built by Palace Homes, this project broke ground in December, and our clients moved in at the end of July. The home is a three bedroom, two-story home with stunning views of the mountains, especially from the upper level primary suite.
The sunroom is perfect for coffee and tea in the morning, and the open floor plan is ideal for both entertaining and for everyday relaxation. Our clients were especially happy with how the fireplace and built-ins turned out, as well as with the large kitchen island and pantry.
We’re so grateful to our clients for inviting us to their open house and for trusting us with their vision. We wish them many happy years and happy memories in their new home!
